Does not work for Lexus

Do not buy viper remote start

It had problems almost immediately after it was installed. Brought the vehicle back into Best Buy where it was installed. If the remote start was used the vehicle would not shut off no matter what we did. Techs were great. They redid the install and it worked for about a week. Now the remote start doesn’t work at all and is killing the battery.

Still waiting to have it installed

Beware Additional Items Must Be Purchased

Lo and behold, once contacting Geek Squad for install appointment, I'm told I have to drive over an hour away to purchase the T harness for my vehicle for $110 and oh btw, installation will be an additional $70. Just be forewarned that additional costs and effort will be involved. Why they couldn't ship the T harness to me, I don't know? Are they in trouble of being buried by Amazon, me thinks for sure!

Nice on cold mornings
