Wife loves it she is happy that she has it so she can warm here car up early in the morning

We got this for my brother for Christmas & he absolutely loved it!! He liked the fact it listed all the vehicles it works in. He is getting it installed next week so hopefully all goes well.

The viper system was not compatible with the vehicle. Car doesn't warm up or defrost the windshield. And no one told me. Waste of money.

I have this on both of my cars it works great i just wish the fob was made a little stronger. I broke it off my keychain within the first week

Works great . Just keep the packages If you need to replace the remote . My remote broke off my key chain and. New one was $75. The box has all the info needed .

The button has a pretty good distance on it. So if your shopping or at the movies you can start your car and have it all toasty by the time you get in. Good for when you work nights too

Purchased as gift for family member. Scheduling installation was easy and product works as expected.

Bought this for my son as a Christmas gift. I know he is very pleased with it since he picked it out. Lol. At any rate, I am happy he is happy and was able to purchase at a great price!

The connection is very poor. Most times it does-not start my car. When I press the fob, it flashes for some time and stop. When I check the car, it didn’t remote start. It’s like trial and error. I am thinking of replacing it. I never wanted Viper but it was recommended that it’s the brand that can work in my car.

Still reserved judgment but if my wife can figure it out I will let you know...

The tool says it does but after 14 hours two separate appointments the installers could just not get the product to work on the Lexus RX they tried and tried but it just wouldn’t work.

Works well, I had factory remote start which I preferred better. Overall does the job, just a little slower starting up.

I wish the sales person would have suggested that I pick a date before I gave it as a gift. It won't be installed until 1/24, almost the end of winter. We won't get much use out of it this year.

I purchased the Viper Remote Start with Installation Package under the assumption that I was receiving everything needed to install the system right away. Lo and behold, once contacting Geek Squad for install appointment, I'm told I have to drive over an hour away to purchase the T harness for my vehicle for $110 and oh btw, installation will be an additional $70. Just be forewarned that additional costs and effort will be involved. Why they couldn't ship the T harness to me, I don't know? Are they in trouble of being buried by Amazon, me thinks for sure!

Works great. Some features are an additional price/add-on, wish was clearer.
