Great product. The remote key works great. but the smart phone app does not connect beyond 20-25 ft.

I purchased this for a Christmas present for my daughter and niece. I tried to get it installed, only to find out I needed more parts. Being that it was around Christmas, there was no way that I would be able to get the part and get it installed. What other part do you need? I have no idea. I have tried to check with Tech support and they "guaranteed" me a certain part is what I needed. However that part was not compatible with the vehicle. Does this remote start work? I have no idea because I need another part but no one can tell me what part.

Had purchased based on price but received bad reviews from the installers so I returned it and upgraded before my installation appointment

Bought this back in the first week of February and to this day it’s still not fully installed. The store didn’t have anyone who knew how to fully install it. I left my truck all day just to get it back with no alarm. Apparently my only option is to spend another 200 bucks to drive to Albuquerque to get it installed. Can’t return it. Can’t get it installed. 500 bucks well spent for nothing. I’m amazed this happens with a company so large. I asked if I could take it somewhere local and get reimbursed but no dice. Guess I made a mistake thinking that buying the alarm there meant they installed what they sell cause I can’t do it myself or the warranty is void on something that hat doesn’t even function.

IN THE PAST THESE SYSTEMS REQUIRED BUTCHERING THE CAR WIRING, BUT NO MORE! AWESOME

Bought for my daughter to help her deal with the Midwest winter. Not fancy with features, but allows her to come out to a warm car. Geek squad install was a snap.

Nice starter kit for the price but will most likely need to upgrade for longer distance and phone use instead of small fob .

It Has not disappointed me. But the remote needs to be easier to reset when needed.

bought this for the wife and she absolutely loves it. Car is always warm in winter and cool in summer.
