Need more parts

I tried to get it installed, only to find out I needed more parts. Being that it was around Christmas, there was no way that I would be able to get the part and get it installed. What other part do you need? I have no idea. I have tried to check with Tech support and they "guaranteed" me a certain part is what I needed. However that part was not compatible with the vehicle. Does this remote start work? I have no idea because I need another part but no one can tell me what part.

Guess I made a mistake.

The store didn’t have anyone who knew how to fully install it. I left my truck all day just to get it back with no alarm. Apparently my only option is to spend another 200 bucks to drive to Albuquerque to get it installed. Can’t return it. Can’t get it installed. 500 bucks well spent for nothing. I’m amazed this happens with a company so large. I asked if I could take it somewhere local and get reimbursed but no dice. Guess I made a mistake thinking that buying the alarm there meant they installed what they sell cause I can’t do it myself or the warranty is void on something that hat doesn’t even function.

Every vehicle I buy I add this thru beat buy. Bought this one for my son as he just his first car. Well worth the cost as it included installation. CNt wait to give this to my son for Xmas.
