    I bought this for a Christmas present. Said it was compatible with my vehicle. I get a call from Best Buy and the insaller said he didn’t know if he could do it for my car because he never did my type of car before so I returned it. TRASH!!

    The description of the product says it turn on the heat controls when you start it. But it doesn’t turn them or A/C on. That stinks!!!! I attached picture. I asked the sales rep. And they said what is circled in pic ment heater turns on.
