Still not working properly

Had to take it back so he could assess the issue. There was an issue and Ricky made an adjustment. It's been a couple of days. So far so good.

But it doesn’t turn them or A/C on. That stinks!!!! I attached picture. I asked the sales rep. And they said what is circled in pic ment heater turns on.
