It been great to use and helps with colder winter. If you got the newer two way remote, you can have the aux programmed for remote start and windows defroster. I'm going to see if they can hook that up as well.

Bought these for my wife and I for Christmas. Best purchase ever. I love being able to have my car warm or cool before I get in.

Starts up great, works very quickly and very consistent

I bought the Compustar starter at first after Bestbuy website confirmed that it works on my 2015 Nissan Frontier. When took my truck in for installation, the technician told me that he couldn't make it work on my truck and persuaded me to install the viper starter. To make the story short, it’s never worked 90% of the time, some time I stand next to my truck and try to start but no luck. And the button on the remote is very hard to push to get it started. So I decided to return and get a refund. I would not recommend this product.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of these products and the service provided.

This item has caused me nothing but aggravation and cost me time and $. The remote start only starts the engine and doesn't start the climate control (heat, a/c, defrost, etc) so it is basically worthless. I have taken it in for repair multiple times but it only works for a couple of weeks before reverting back. Customer service from both Viper and Best Buy is a nightmare. They have hung up on me after long calls of waiting. Don't buy this product. I have nothing but regret.

I had a viper in my last car never has a problem with it other than to clean the battery terminal it was attached to like their products.

Disappointed can’t get support after installation. Cannot get clicks right to unlock & lock car. It has a pattern.

I purchased this device weeks ago because installation was included, the part that was no disclosed is the it takes weeks to installed because of appointment available for installation, will update once installed.

I like the feature where you can link your phone and start the car from your phone.

Living in Milwaukee you need this 100% in the winter
