This product is ok. I am having problems with the way it was installed. If I hit the Lock button more than twice my car starts. I was told to hit the remote start button twice to start it.

Works as advertised. Functionality is amazing. Bluetooth range needs improvement.

Works great!. So far everything works great super nice getting into a warm car.

This was a gift and it is fantastic. I had one on my old car and the advancements in 10 years have come a long way

Install date with geek squad is a few weeks away. A little longer to install it than I liked but the technician assured me it’s a good product.

I want to start off by saying I do love shopping at best buy but this time very dissapointing!!! I cant rate the actual product because I ended it returning it because they advertise installation included but when I called right after xmas i got the run around and was told the earliest they could do it was end of february and closest location was like an hour away!!! Seems they dont want to be in this market of car stuff anymore as they are eliminating many of the the install locations so therefore swamped and the 2 month wait and in store good luck getting any help or someone that knows about car remote starter !!, Its a shame because I had no problem last year getting help when I was spending over 5k on kitchen appliances but guess this field not worth it for them...I ended up spending 40 bucks more but going to place in town and had installed in couple days!! So since they make you put at least 1 star its not because of the product but best buy service...

Product has good capabilities but doesn’t reach the range it specifies

Nice alarm. I didn't get to use it. Had to return it. The appointment to install was too far out

Have alway had good luck with viper this product has feature that it did not nave before

Best way to spend your money. Protection is the key and with viper you can have a good nights sleep.

Install by the geek squad very happy service was awesome the technician exactly what he was doing

Must combine with smart start to get full effect of device

Product seems like it will be good, bad part is trying to get scheduled for an install appointment. Made my purchase the end of Nov and was told the first install apt is 2nd week in Jan. Tough to review the product when I can't get it installed.

Purchased this online. The box said it was for the vehicle I purchased it for. We called to get it installed and they said it wouldn’t work for our vehicle. I can’t rate this since it was never used and returned

worked great at the start. Everytime I use the remote now my horn honks 8 times, and then starts. can't use the keyfob now to unlock with the button now either if remote start is running. Geek squad did not call back.

Great addition to the car for winter! Love how it warms up the car up to 20 minutes before I go home from work at night on very cold days!

I’ve had nothing but good thing from the viper remote start I like the fact you choose the key chain remote options if you want to up grade

I don’t know if it is the product or just the guy that installed it at my local bestbuy. But my vehicle hasn’t worked right after the install. Hell it could be both product and Arlington Tx Bestbuy car auto team that jacked up my ride.
