Bought these for my wife and I for Christmas. Best purchase ever. I love being able to have my car warm or cool before I get in.

Bought this back in the first week of February and to this day it’s still not fully installed. The store didn’t have anyone who knew how to fully install it. I left my truck all day just to get it back with no alarm. Apparently my only option is to spend another 200 bucks to drive to Albuquerque to get it installed. Can’t return it. Can’t get it installed. 500 bucks well spent for nothing. I’m amazed this happens with a company so large. I asked if I could take it somewhere local and get reimbursed but no dice. Guess I made a mistake thinking that buying the alarm there meant they installed what they sell cause I can’t do it myself or the warranty is void on something that hat doesn’t even function.

Was a little different from last viper starter I had but works great once I used it a few times haven’t got the app feature to work yet

I had a viper in my last car never has a problem with it other than to clean the battery terminal it was attached to like their products.

Thought it would start further away instead of a few feet in front of vehicle

Good product, no issues yet. Just need to connect to my phone.

Works great and love the Bluetooth phone feature. I always have my phone so it’s like having another fob

I like the feature where you can link your phone and start the car from your phone.

The description of the product says it turn on the heat controls when you start it. But it doesn’t turn them or A/C on. That stinks!!!! I attached picture. I asked the sales rep. And they said what is circled in pic ment heater turns on.

Works Excellent also got one for my daughter car.I had best buy install it and installer walked be thur all features of the key fob.

Disappointed can’t get support after installation. Cannot get clicks right to unlock & lock car. It has a pattern.

Install date with geek squad is a few weeks away. A little longer to install it than I liked but the technician assured me it’s a good product.

Great no more cold car but had to wait a long time for a date to have it installed five weeks to get in

This was a gift and it is fantastic. I had one on my old car and the advancements in 10 years have come a long way

I like that i can start car from in doors but i dont like that when i lock car the car starts back up with the original car key fob
