It could have been easier to work with factory remote

Amazing product. Installed in my car in a hour and it’s works amazing

Items was missing remote and also part looked used per the installer. The app isn’t easy to setup and was not offered to setup after installation.

Only thing I don’t like is the tiny remote I have to push it hard

This item has caused me nothing but aggravation and cost me time and $. The remote start only starts the engine and doesn't start the climate control (heat, a/c, defrost, etc) so it is basically worthless. I have taken it in for repair multiple times but it only works for a couple of weeks before reverting back. Customer service from both Viper and Best Buy is a nightmare. They have hung up on me after long calls of waiting. Don't buy this product. I have nothing but regret.

Product was installed and seems to function correctly with remote provided. OEM remote only functions every now and then. And app is useless, gotta connect via Bluetooth every time if you want to use. Remote hinge broke without effort and customer service (Viper) was far the worst i have ever come across. They will not, i repeat "not" help you with anything. Have emailed and been on the phone for a minimum of 40 min for them to just pick up and hang up on purpose. Last time i buy a product from Viper Alarms. Will take my money to another brand that does value there customers.

Best investment I’ve made. Here it Dec 31,2022 and I’m just now having to replace my battery because my loving husband likes to put keys in his pocket and sit on the remote All the time. Lol

This product was an all in one system. The other systems I looked at were very difficult in knowing which parts you needed to buy.

Love this car starter! It works great! It is so wonderful to get into a warm car after work. Love the remote as it is very small.

Good product, I’ve had them installed I. Two vehicles. App is free to use in Bluetooth range of the car, range is about 25 ft max. The remote and the fobs work great and have a decent range.

It's awesome to get out of the house and find the car nice and warm.

Not bad - we were hoping the range for a two way remote was farther.

The only problem I have is the subscription that you much purchase through viper in order to keep the service.
