I purchased this device weeks ago because installation was included, the part that was no disclosed is the it takes weeks to installed because of appointment available for installation, will update once installed.

I love the fact that with the DS4 you can actually use your phone to start your vehicle without any extra components to buy.

Must combine with smart start to get full effect of device

I love to Viper 2-way, but I was not given an instruction manual, so I can't get full use of it.

Remote is slightly temperamental but other than that it works fine

Uses Bluetooth means the signal’s not going to be far. It comes with a 1 way remote (doesn’t send signal to let you know that your car is on), so you might want to upgrade to a 2 way remote, meaning that’s another extra $100. Cost me $350

Love this starter. Hate the blue blinking light that can not be turned off

Been working perfectly well as desired. Crew was very professional and i did fit the remote start in both my 2015 Chevy Equinox and 2019 Ford Explorer.

Works great. Only problem is I'm having trouble figuring out how to connect it to Bluetooth.

I want to start off by saying I do love shopping at best buy but this time very dissapointing!!! I cant rate the actual product because I ended it returning it because they advertise installation included but when I called right after xmas i got the run around and was told the earliest they could do it was end of february and closest location was like an hour away!!! Seems they dont want to be in this market of car stuff anymore as they are eliminating many of the the install locations so therefore swamped and the 2 month wait and in store good luck getting any help or someone that knows about car remote starter !!, Its a shame because I had no problem last year getting help when I was spending over 5k on kitchen appliances but guess this field not worth it for them...I ended up spending 40 bucks more but going to place in town and had installed in couple days!! So since they make you put at least 1 star its not because of the product but best buy service...

This is a great product, we have installed this on more than one vehicle. The app works well too.

This product is ok. I am having problems with the way it was installed. If I hit the Lock button more than twice my car starts. I was told to hit the remote start button twice to start it.

This product was an all in one system. The other systems I looked at were very difficult in knowing which parts you needed to buy.

Seems to work ok but have not had it installed more than a couple of days
