Sometimes the car does not start the first time; it turns over but doesn’t start. Try it a second time and it goes

Very poor range on the remote and phone app

Otherwise the fob and phone app will not connect to the car. This is a bluetooth system, spend more and get a WIFI system, it will save you tons of headaches! Also had to wait 6 weeks for installation, then it took 6 hours for the install. I would NOT recommend this remote start to anyone!

DO NOT ORDER VIPER PRODUCTS

I had it installed and it worked for 3 days and had to go and get fixed. They had to reorder the product and waited 2 weeks before reinstallation. Once reinstalled the product worked for 4 days until it stopped working again. I am returning product and I will never order any thing made by viper. To add to this review the viper app is terrible the interface is slow and non functional.

OK but not living up to the hype

But it does work then. I have not yet tried connecting it to my smart phone.
