DO NOT ORDER VIPER PRODUCTS

I had it installed and it worked for 3 days and had to go and get fixed. They had to reorder the product and waited 2 weeks before reinstallation. Once reinstalled the product worked for 4 days until it stopped working again. I am returning product and I will never order any thing made by viper. To add to this review the viper app is terrible the interface is slow and non functional.

OK but not living up to the hype

But it does work then. I have not yet tried connecting it to my smart phone.

Good product bad service

Unfortunately it took close to 3.5 hours to install and I was quoted 1.5-2 hours. And when I inqured about how long it was taking the installer was not very professional.

Good Deal and Purchase

The starter works exactly as expected and she's happy so I am happy. One thing I haven't done was set up the mobile app. Not sure how difficult that'll be but we're 100% happy right now.
