Upgrade for a good one. Very cheap

This one is not impressive . Really disappointed. Need to upgrade to get a good one. Should tell people in the beginning . The install was not done after 4 hours. Had to pick it up the next day.

Paid for but couldn’t use correctly for over 30 days.

Remote sucks

Had to return 4 times to re-pair with starter. One time in the same week. Service people fantastic. Looked online very prevalent problem with this system. Finally gave in and bought a better remote. No problems now but very shady practice to include a remote seemingly designed to annoy you into spending more money on another remote. DON'T BUY VIPER. Plenty of other systems available.
