Not comparable with a Toyota rav4 2012. After packaging and online info said it was.

Needs better directions. Do you hold button down until it starts? Press it once? Once it does start, it’s great to climb into a warmed up car.

States work with certain vehicles and need a certain part but don't work and needed additional parts to even attempt installation. Lost five hours plus drive time to find out it would work in the vehicle.

Does what it says. Turn truck right on for them early winter days/nights.

I had the worst experience of my life with Best Buy, went in to get this device installed at alocation over two hours away from me and left my car for over two hours and came back and it was still sitting outside. A procedure that takes half an hour and I took my car and left and tried contacting Best But multiple times to explain my frustration and all they do is transfer me from one person to another and nothing was done by anyone to help me solve my problem. By the way this is the Chesterfield Missouri location.

DO NOT purchase this product I have been having troublé with my car not starting had it towed too best buy and they looked over again for 2nd time. The car started for them ALOT but the next day I had too have it towed again too my house,the main key it not working unlock, lock, panic button yes I changed the batteries. Now here I am stuck again because it will NOT start.This is the worst product you can have for your car.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TOO ANYONE.

The car started as should for a couple of weeks calles to make a appointment to get it checked out. Was told the store that installed it didn't have a installation dept in it when it does customer service needs to learn about each store in there area bad knowledge. Anyways now the remote start works when it wants to so have to give a low rating.

have had 3 installed and all are great!. makes life a little easier.

I was set up for an appointment online by the Geek Squad. They messed up and didn’t schedule the correct amount of time for the install. I was then pushed back another month and was told in a nutshell....SORRY! It wasn’t the installers fault and he truly showed empathy for the fact he had to schedule me on 1/24. After calling the Geek Squad several times, it basically appeared to be a waste of my time. My takeaway from this experience is that I should have hit a mom and pop installer and not get this equipment via Best Buy. They think it’s in the spirit of customer service to have only one installer work in a two bay garage and have month long waits to install things you purchased.

Sioux Falls, SD Best Buy installed this remote starter in my boyfriends vehicle and did a rush job and now he's having issues when starting his car. We had an appt set and all and the guy was too worried about his next appt so we already knew he wasn't going to do his best. Whenever the vehicle starts up the alarms goes off and the vehicle won't move and we can't get the hood open. We took it into the Maplewood, MN store and they confirmed that it was poorly done and advised we take it into Nissan to get it fix and they would pay us after we paid out of pocket which is dumb when it's not even our fault dude did a terrible job.

I have yet to get installation as it won’t be until February 7th on purchase made Black Friday for myself. I had to contact help as the addl items needed for the installation that were to be free did not get on receipt. Installer says I need to go to store twice.once to get the t harness ball bearing tilt wiring switch and the wiring harness? Over an hour and a half drive why can’t they be shipped to me as they are supposed to be free (I printed out the screen and explained all of this on chat same day as it didn’t reflect on the receipt for purchase). Lot of hassle and long time to wait

They sent text to change installation time. Then get there said you are early. Then installed it and didn’t give us the manual or the box. Can’t even call the store directly. What a joke.

Have to be close in order to use it, nowhere near what is advertised. Otherwise it works well.
