Bought for my son had it installed at store! Good car start

This product works great im happy i got it i would recommend

Very useful in winter time to wrom up your car and cool your car in summer with remote start

Worst customer service ever. I was schedule for installation, and the appointment was cancelled an hour before I was to arrive. Installer never called back to reschedule. I returned the remote start, and was given the run around on getting a $100 credit for an install that never happen. Finally, after talking to two managers they agreed that I was due the credit. A few days later I still had not gotten the credit back on my card, and had to return to the store to find out why credit was not processed. Needless to say I finally got my money, but I will never buy from Best Buy Again bad Customer service!!!!!!

Excellent product....Definitely upgrade to the 2 way remote.

So far is good with easy to install it with out any hassle

There were places that does cheaper but Paid extra money specifically because trusted best buy brand installation. But i was wrong. 2 weeks after install the car wont start and have a key light on dashboard. I had to wait a week to take it back. Then he supposedly fix it but then it happened again. I had to take it to them again. This time i got them removed. Each time i had to leave my vehicle there for 3 plus hours. I do not recommend their install team

They are ok when they work wt8ght but if the store where you buy it at would ever get back with youcbout fixing it would be even better

When I bought this product I was expecting more , but still I like it. I’m sorry but I have to say: bad customer service.

It was installed on fed. 8 work2weeks then quit now it's going to take till April 8 to get it working again I hope not happy at all

Do not buy this. This was purchased for father's day. 6 months later it is malfunctioning. The stock car key can't lock the doors anymore and when I try it the car starts. This is not with the Viper remote, this is with the regular Toyota keyless entry key. Very scary when you have two kids riding with you everyday. Doesn't feel like a safe product and I will have it removed from my car immediately. The actual remote is extremely poor quality. The ring that connects it to your key chain is plastic. That broke in about 3 months. Customer service (viper) said the way to fix it is to buy another plaster remote. Then, the didn't respond to any further emails. The Best Buy installer told me after install that I'm better off not even using the app. He said that it only works from about 100 feet away and doesn't really work through the walls of your house. So, maybe say that before the item is purchased? Overall, this thing is a pain and a waste of money.
