It didn’t work out for me because the guy who was supposed to install it for free:quit 2 weeks before my Jan 9 install appointment and I wasn’t told till I shipped up for my installation appointment so I’m very disappointed and frustrated so I got my money back … so it wasn’t the Best Buy for me wish I had never heard about it now

Although this “works” I have noticed my car automatically starts randomly. I am regretting getting this installed at Best Buy. I should have gone to my car dealerships

The starter doesn’t start on the initial press of the button. The button on the remote is to small.

Not impressed. It starts when it wants. I go outside on break and it's already started like it starts by itself I'm going to see if they can fix it because I can't deal with that I can't get the app working

They advertise 150 foot range for the Bluetooth app. Does not come close, even a Best Buy employee told me after I called to ask for help that the real range is about 40 feet max. It does start the car but the range is not good. Cheaper options out there that do just as good of a job

The starter is a simple remote but works great and have not had any issues.

At a touch of a button I can start my car or alarm it with peace of mind

I purchased it on Black Friday special with the installation included and I had to make an appointment after I got the remote start in and still cannot get it installed.. I have an appointment at another best buy that's 2 hours away because the store and Cape Girardeau Missouri does not have someone that can install it. Trying to contact Best Buy's customer service was one of the worst experiences I've had the people at their home office don't want to talk to me don't want to help couldn't understand what I was trying to say and left me the impression that did not care I still plan to have them install it whenever they can get around to it someday but I may give up and have to get a refund and get it done somewhere else not sure yet just wish they cared..

Works great for those hot summer days and those cold winter mornings.

Been over 2 months since I purchased this remote start and Best Buy keep losing my appointment and or cancels on me on the day of my aapointment. Nothing like driving over an hour just to be told sorry we cant do your install today. This has happened at 2 seperate locations. Do better best buy!

Remote start from remote button sold with package is not working it will start when using the keyfob. Very Little info included with instructions i now Have fear of being locked out of my car

it was great till the cheap remote broke and had to get a new one from viper and no install said it would be easyb to pair it was nightmare

Tech told me it would not work in my Kia so he gave me a compustar that worked better.

Don’t do it. Purchased remote start on my suv and it caused my vehicle’s computer system to stop communicating. I didn’t know what was wrong, took it to a car mechanic who specializes in electrical issues and $823 later I found out they had to pull it out for my car to vehicle to start back working properly. Tried to go to Best Buy to rectify and still no help or resolution.

Kinda upset about it being extremely difficult to get info on the compatibility of remotes and app.

Havent gotten this item installed as of this review. Took 2 days to set up an appointment. So we shall see if it all works out good

Installation done wrong or the wrong progam installed. Does not work, and Best Buy has yet to contact me about solving this issue. Can’t get through to store online, talked to a customer service representative and still got no where. 0/10

I have been waiting weeks for this. I got one starter and no one knows where the other one is. I am very very upset!
