Not very good at all made several trips to find out what was wromg only to find they had tons of problems with this unit

I have purchased these remote statrters before so I know they work. The problem is that when I gave the gift (early Christmas gift), we called and could not get it installed until mid to end February in Leominster, MA. the cold weather will be pretty much over by then. Why do you sell a product when you don't have enough people locally to install them?

It does what it says its supposed to. Purchased online and getting an install appointment was a pain.

it never worked on my car i was waiting for more than 4 hours at the store.

We bought the remote start before Christmas and the soonest it can be installed is the end of February. I am not pleased with having to wait until winter ends to have it installed.

Returned it after purchase as Viper only gives out their install codes to professional installers and I was doing a self install. Ended up buying a different brand and installed it myself at a much cheaper cost. Other brand was an easy install and great customer support from the manufacturer.

Loses memory and have to reprogram about every two weeks. Fortunately it’s easy to do. Also Bluetooth start on iPhone will not work.

Product can only be installed by bestbuy. You can’t installed it yourself. Needs flashed for your car. They Should of stated that in item description !

Poor customer service with less knowledge about the product.

I bought it at Best Buy and they installed the Viper DS4VB today. But the app doesn't see it. I don't know why. 2018 Toyota Highlander.

Hate it. I was told once I start it to pump the brakes for about 2 seconds and when I do the car will be ready to go, but instead it cuts off. I turn it on and have to repeat this cycle 3x before my car stay on. On top of that; with the keys in my hand and no button being pushed, my car cut on by itself when trying to come into work. This cycle was also 3x before the car stayed off. I absolutely hate it.

My car stopped working after the installation. I have put jumper cables on my battery just get it to kick over every time i need to drive my car.

I want to sue you but I not do that.They told me that viper is not fit for my car accourding to that person and instead of 319$ product he install 150$ product and ait’s fit perfectly .That’s how you cone the people

I have not been able to experience my product due to no installation time yet! I had to change original schedule due to work obligations and when the appointment was rescheduled, the scheduler screwed up what was being installed and I showed up for the appointment only to be turned away because it is a 2 hour install.

Best Buy had no appointment for the installation although I was receiving reminders of my appointment. we returned the remote car starter since we felt that Best Buy’s lack of customer service was not worth our patronage.

Bought this for my wife so she doesn’t have to wait for her car to warm up but the range is not exactly what they have put under specs.

Not very responsive and works when it feels like it. Thinking about taking it back. Not happy at all

When I ordered I was told there was free installation, what I didn't know was that I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 months and that no one else wanted to install it either. I returned it and bought another one elsewhere.

Absolutely love this remote starter..Why didnt I by this sooner...the fact that you can also use your smartphone to start and stop your car was a plus..installation was quick and very friendly. I have no problems starting my car from my office

The first one went out the first month. Returned and had another unit installed. The remote control on the second on broke in 2 months. This is junk. I do not recommend
