Ask Carefully Before you Buy this

Made appointment for 12/10 to have installed. Installer called a few days before appointment to tell me I had to always have a key in my car for this to work. Defeats the purpose of getting a remote starter!! Canceled order and got refund for the purchased items.

More a review for best buy in general

I had to jump through hurdles with online support for over 8 hours just to be told to go to the store and spend another hour with somebody else. It was ridiculous and this is the last item I will buy from Best Buy. Big chain stores are dying and now I see why.

After you install you need to have an authorized shop program the remote start system. Waste of time and money. Was returned.

messed up my car lights
