The service was excellent. Along with ordering another remote to go with auto starter system.

I can't give a rating yet because I haven't gotten it installed yet. I made an appointment as soon as I bought it and the first opening they had is January 24!

it doesnt work sometimes, wont unlock my doors. its very unpredictable, sometimes when im near my car it wont find it

Remote start is awkward and too easy to place in valet mode . Once in valet mode it is difficult to get it out of the mode . Does not have a hood range of start distance. Most times I have to stand next to it.

Great product. Recommend to others A+++. The product works as it should no issues.

I bought this product a year ago I hadn't installed and a week later I had to go back because it stopped working and had to have it replaced now here we are a year later and it is doing the same thing it did last year and now I have to have it repaired or replaced again this is the worst product I've ever bought I do not recommend it at all

The store was absolutely awful about installing this i ordered november 2nd and had to move my install back to jan 8th due to an error on their end.

We returned the item. I purchased it in early December and when I inquired about installation I was told it would be February before it could be installed. Not worth the wait and was also told the “free installation” would require the purchase of additional parts.

This is not worth the money range sucks seen others work better with same range.. yet this one doesn’t reach at that distance what’s the point

Ordered the remote starter in November. Made appointment for 12/10 to have installed. Installer called a few days before appointment to tell me I had to always have a key in my car for this to work. Defeats the purpose of getting a remote starter!! Canceled order and got refund for the purchased items.

I love it. It works great. I have no problems with it. It starts everytime.

It was insanely difficult for me to get this item for a price match. I had to jump through hurdles with online support for over 8 hours just to be told to go to the store and spend another hour with somebody else. It was ridiculous and this is the last item I will buy from Best Buy. Big chain stores are dying and now I see why.

Worst item i ever purchased at best buy even after complaining to the installer his comments were uncalled for and ridiculous.
