Remote range sucks, can barely get 100'. Range with cell phone just as bad only 30'. Not sure if the antenna is in the wrong location or what, but not happy. Box says up to one quarter mile with remote and one hundred feet with your cell phone. Would not recommend it.

My viper remote start don’t work. Had it installed on November 19 2022 and haven’t worked since that day

Great products at geek squad hook it up but they didn't they tell me I needed a mother key I had them other key they're the worst car alarm installers I've ever seen in my life

I had to have this removed as it messed up my starter.

Hasn't work properly since installed. Now my truck wont start at all. Lights flash when they want. Took the vehicle back 3 times still isnt right

Was told I would have everything i needed to get this on my wife's car. Find out I needed an additional mount. I could not get a straight answer on whether or not installation was free. Did not matter anyways when I did try to set up an appointment for install it was 2 and a half months away. No thanks!

Was installed improperly is not working like suppose be need to take my truck back waist another entire day for repair that was 3 days after installation set up for appt on the 6 Jul

This was a Great Christmas gift for my son-in-law.

I could not get an appointment to install the remote starter until spring, so it did me no good whatsoever, What a waste of time. Also took 45 minutes to get a live person on the phone to tell me that. What a TOTAL waste of time.

I pick it up from Gainesville store And the box was missing part

It will not start thru buildings or even close windows to the car.

Doesn’t come with a two way remote and the remote is kinda flimsy.

Says 1 mile range ,does not reach and im less then a mile away from trying to start my truck

The one way remote starter from viper is very simple to use. 100% worth the price. You can simple start the car on , you can also turn it off as a safety measure. It also has a timer to turn off if it runs for too long without the ignition key. Shuts off as well with the stop pedal without the ignition and some models also has a safety pin in case the hood is open. I have used this model for several years and never had any issues , fully recommended

Do not buy for manual shift car. Even though they say it will work, it requires you to shut your car off a certain way and doesn’t always even always work if you do. It was also a HUGE pain to get installed

Remote start is not working with distance more than 200ft

Viper a good product had it several times. Can’t believe this products comes with the cheapest remote. It’s garbage! Had to spend another $100 for a decent remote. Not worth the price.
