Why is nobody answering the phone?

I was on hold for over an hour when someone finally answered and told me I need to come into the store (45 minutes away) just to set up an appointment.

Installation Problems

Garbage support from geek squad

Called geek squad twice to schedule the install and left messages each time. No call back. Have a $300 paperweight that I will be returning. Thanks for a brutal customer experience

Auto start is not good

What is the point of having to stand right by your car to auto start it. I should’ve gotten an alarm that you could start from miles away. I would not recommend this alarm to anyone.
