Disappointed

I press remote lights blink on the remote and i think car started. Get outside and it’s not running. I specifically asked online before purchasing if the remote showed The car was running and was told yes. There isn’t a way to know. Disappointed. Also they provided me no information to use the app on my phone.

I picked up this Viper remote car starter Nov. 29, 2020. The earliest I could schedule it for installation by Best Buy was Mar. 6, 2021 (over 3 months). Most of Winter will be OVER by then.

Horrible experience

On the website it tells you the item fits in your car but when you go to get install, they told me it doesn’t fit and they have to refund me the money EVEN know I was waiting for 2 months to get told it doesn’t fit.

Doesn't work when it's cold out

Remote car starter

I purchased it in early December and when I inquired about installation I was told it would be February before it could be installed. Not worth the wait and was also told the “free installation” would require the purchase of additional parts.
