Since the wait time for installation was at least 2 months in Avon, we had it installed in Sandusky. Was extremely pleased with Ryan and his professionalism and demeanor.

It worked for a year.

Wires came undone under the dash and started shorting out my ignition and engaging the anti theft system so that the car would not start. It just happened to be 5 degrees outside when it decided to fail. it completely drained the battery and just kept making a clicking noise from the fuse box. We had to completely remove the whole remote system so that the vehicle would start. waste of almost $300.

Bad remote

I don’t know if I got a defective one or not, I emailed Viper about this problem still waiting on a reply email. I have to change the battery every two weeks. Sometimes it won’t lock or unlock it’ll just blink where I gotta stand in the rain and wait for the truck to unlock it. From my current experience I say get something better, don’t go cheap.
