Website says 1hr/30min - was told 4 hrs to install upon arrival Told I needed another part - I am not sure why this would not have been mentioned when I purchased the remote starter. Typical big box store.

Did not turn on heat or defrost, only started engine. (2016 Honda CRV). Customer service or the tech who installed (and uninstalled) was excellent though and I got a refund.

I purchased this remote starter only to wait week to get it installed and when I showed up for my appointment the van would not fit in the garage so it never got installed. I came over 50 miles one way only to be told they could not help me.

2 wires were missing. Had to wait to get an appointment with a mechanic,in February so didn't notice until then,wouldnt do a trade in as it was not within the return period.

They over charged me and said they were refunding me the difference but did not.

Try to start during this season and it just stop working. The worst part of it that day was my car wont start again after i tried to use the remote start.

They are supposed to send you the harness as well when you order. But they don’t! I got this as a Christmas present and made the appointment for two days after Christmas when we got to the install area they asked for the harness too, bestbuy online does not tell you that you need this also, apparently in store they force you to buy it but online they don’t! So mad they didn’t have it in the store so I had to postpone the installation.

Had the geeks install,great job,installed in Jan 2018, worked good for the winter,parked car for the summer,come the cold,no start,geeks says fob junk,call for warranty, pretty much say it's my prob,buy new one.good warranty

DO NOT install - viper system installed by Best Buy burned up starter module & mechanic could not fix truck without removing system

I got this for Christmas and called next day to get an appointment for installation I was told they are booked until March. I am returning this product.

Garbage. Was told it does not work with smartphone. Need to upgrade to other controller.

bought about a month ago, scheduled an appointment on line for 12/4 received email 2 other necessary parts for installation where not available, had to make an unnecessary trip to store to pick up one part or it would be cancelled, had to call install install group, who were as confused as I was, had to make another appointment for 1/4 and still don't know if they have the other 2 parts necessary. Don't sell something that all parts aren't available.
