Installation wait too long

Bad and confusing service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought about a month ago, scheduled an appointment on line for 12/4 received email 2 other necessary parts for installation where not available, had to make an unnecessary trip to store to pick up one part or it would be cancelled, had to call install install group, who were as confused as I was, had to make another appointment for 1/4 and still don't know if they have the other 2 parts necessary. Don't sell something that all parts aren't available.
