Wow, little did I know how very hot the summer has been here. Thankfully with my new Remote Start System, I just need to start it 5 or 10 minutes before I want to go somewhere. The car is nice and cool on the inside. I expect in the winter to be greeted with a nice warm car. Best purchase I have ever made.

Love the remote start. The button is easy to use.I would say the range is poor but can be upgraded. The button also does override the original key fob so I can’t unlock with the regular if remote started. It does have an app which is easy to use

What a fantastic product! Free install, can start my car with my phone, watch, or the key fob. Glad I bought it when it was on sale!

initially I bought the Viper DS4 for my wife. When going to get it installed, I learned that the installation did not include harnessing. Secondly, the only harness to buy required cutting the wire in my Rav 4, versus having an installation harness. Viper should look to standardizing the harness to ease installation and keeping your car without mods.

I love the added feature of having the remote starter for my car. The app function is good when you’re close enough to use it. Which is my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The location on the app also doesn’t seem to update regularly either. When I used it just to see how it would work. It gave me the location my car was in the week before.

The auto start works great and the install team in Rancho Cucamonga was amazing to work with! Very happy with the product and the install procedure.

I love this remote start. It works really well. I got installed at Best Buy in a day. I drop my car off at Best Buy at 1:30 and was ready by 5:00. I have had for 4 months now and I haven’t had an issue. It easy to use. And I got at a good price.

I love this! I installed it in my old 2015 Nissan car that did not have a remote start option. Now, early in the morning when I go to work, my car is warm and toasty. I've recommended it to my coworkers, and I am planning to get it installed for my mom's birthday.

Got this for my wife’s car. She loves it. It works very well so far. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it briefly unlocks the doors for about 4-5 seconds when it starts the car, then re-locks it. It may just be a facet of using a product that isn’t made by the car manufacturer. Overall not a big deal as long as the car is in sight when you start it. Had no problems with the Best Buy installation. The time estimate was right on and the process was easy.

This is a great car starter with excellent range from your phone or via remote also helps you find your car. Great price and great value. You'll love it.

Does exactly what I needed it for. This was a gift from a family member for my new vehicle.

Good so far. Only had it installed in my car like 2 weeks ago. Purchased a 2 year warranty through Geek Squad. Hope it last for a long time because I have less than a year left as far as paying my car off and I plan on keeping it for years to come. I currently drive a 2018 Honda Civic.

Works great; app isn’t connecting tho, may need to contact support team! Wife loves her truck warm when she leaves in the morning!

Works intermittently and not from very far distances. Have to use the remote for starting my car rather than the viper, remote, as the viper remote does not work.

The technician was very considerate of our time when estimating how long it would take. Moreover, I scheduled my appointment for Sunday, but he had an opening on Saturday and he was so kind , he called me to ask me if I wanted to come in earlier. Which I did. I am very pleased with the service and the product. My husband is very happy with his gift.
