Works great very helpful on cold weather. Unfortunately the car works just for 15 minutes but still good.

Love the fact I can get warm before I get to work instead of when. Its hard to remember to crank my heat before I get out of my vehicle. I still haven't figured out how to connect my vehicle to the app yet. Definitely recommend!!

Bought this for my Girlfriend’s daughter who has to leave for school by 6:45. The Michigan winters can be brutal at times. She was thrilled at no longer having to go out to start her car each morning now! Definitely would recommend

My wife loves this starter. Service was excellent. Workers were courteous and very helpful.

Had this installed in my 2008 Acura TL and my wife loves it. Got the upgrades remote with it and it works like a champ with so many features. My wife's favourite feature is when the alarm responds when it starts to let you know it's started. Other remote starts would not have a chirp or feature that lets you know especially if you think it has started when your really out of range!

Starter is good quality product and very easy to start

the viper product works as it should with no complications , however the geek squad is not honest at all Dustan installed and not very well and in the install he broke the dimmer switch and when i confronted him with the problem he would not man up and admit so in return me friend wanted one and i advised him to go elsewhere,accidents happen but if you can't man up it makes everybody look dishonest.

Works like a dream. Every time I used it it worked. NO problems reported here. Cold dark winter mornings in Iowa are in need of this type of device.

Works great - a warm car and no window scraping! Technicians installed in a reasonable amount of time and explained operation in detail and providing tips. This is the second one they have installed in my vehicles.

Purchased this for a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. My husband and I love being able to start our diesel truck and let it warm up and defrost while remaining locked in the winter. Has a basic key fob to start, however you can also use the Viper App. Installation at Best Buy was easy. Took a bit longer than they anticipated, but took advantage of doing some Christmas shopping to pass the time.

Absolutely loved this starter when I got it, although I ordered the wrong type, was disappointed that I did my research wrong and ordered one that shuts my car off when I open the doors. But after the first few months I have had nothing but problems. The app kept disconnecting me from my vehicle then would keep logging me out completely. I went in for a “restart” of the product which didn’t work and ended up having to have a whole other device installed, which luckily was for free. Since then I am still having issues. My app only connects to my car once in a while and now the fob picks and chooses when it wants to connect as well. When it works it’s great but I would not recommend this product. I also don’t feel like it’s great for my car to go through the rough stop when opening the doors.

I really like this product the remote start button is kind of hard to get used to but once you do it’s a jewel. I love the fact that I can start my car and the doors will lock while the car is warming up because it’s a push button start it wouldn’t lock until I got this system. Now I don’t have to worry about getting out in the cold to start my car. And it’s always cozy when I get in it❤️❤️❤️

Great to have auto start on my manual transmission Toyota Tacoma. Easy operation and works great.

Product works great. I had an issue with Best Buy on the install. It seems that in Los Angeles there are very few installers who are certified to install remote starts. It took almost a month to get it installed and I had to drive almost 40 miles to the Pasadena location for the install. So be prepared for son inconvenience to get it installed.

So nice to be able to start the car and let it cool down in the summer. Way cheaper then having the dealer put a factory one in.

My main complaint is that sometimes it gets out of range with obstacles. Works great in a empty parking lot. However, I work in a area that uses a parking ramp. I have to either park on the top or edge facing my work or it will not connect. I was told for an extra $100 I could upgrade to the mile. When does the hemorrhaging stop? Anyway, it is great for house to garage or restaurant to car.
