It's worked every time!! The only thing that aggravates me is that the car cuts off when you push the brake and you have to restart it! But other than that it's been great

Great remote starter. Got this for my wife before it starts snowing here. I also got the 2 way fob and she has not problem understanding when it's started. Also extends the distance so she can start it from her desk at her work.

Purchased my 1st remote starter in November. Love the long range. I was informed I have to go back to the store to change the timer of how long my remote starter stays on. 8 mins is what the store set it as. Also we had our 1st snow storm in Connecticut yesterday and my remote starter didn’t work and it didn’t work today as well. Hopefully this can be fixed asap. Not the best time to go without a remote starter as you really need it during this time.

My Viper remote start system is 2yrs old now and we have had no problems at all. The best part about buying from BestBuy is the warrentee and free installation. And they have excellent install and service techs that are very knowledgable. They will gladly answer any questions you may have regardless of how ong ago you purchased your product. My wife and I are very happy with our pushase!

Good price but the product said if worked with my vehicle but when I had it installed the technician said I it wouldn’t work and I had to pay $100 more to get one to work.

So far the starter has worked as advertised. The one negative is the Bluetooth range. It is awful. Viper claims “up to 150’”. It doesn’t come close to that. Maybe 20 ft at best. Very disappointing. I’ll probably add the SmartStart option later. Maybe that’s why they made to Bluetooth so bad. To sell more add ons. Other than that, should work as expected.

Love it, good range and easy to start within range

Works great. Has a great distance and is very reliable. My only issue is I am not a big fan of the 1 button remote. I like the multi button remotes. Watch for these to be on sale in the Deal Of The Day starting in October. You can get them, with installation, for a very good price.

Great for the money works well great for winter weather good range

Although technicians put enough time to install and no problem with the installation, however the product doesn’t work even It claim to have 150 feet of a range to operate through the mobile app but it it doesn’t work on with the 10 feet of a distance and the key fob programmed it often confuse, and that is like absolutely no way of knowing if the car has started or not Not happy

I love this remote start. They value of this remote starter is tremendous when you factor in the included installation. The range is not amazing but if your looking to warm your car from your front door or apartment this should do the trick.

I love the starter. I can start it from my phone. Or key fob it does a plethora of things I would recommend it.

Starts well with key. The phone app function keeps giving error of hood not being closed even if standing right next to car.

Bought this remote starter for my daughter, who is 17, for Christmas. Wanted her to be able to warm up her car at home, at school, or at work without having to dredge through the snow and cold. You may know how cold it can get it Chicagoland! Well she loves it! I had one given to me for Christmas about 3 years ago and I am so happy I have it too. I just had to buy her one. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a remote starter!
