Does the job but I hate that it honks so often. Especially late at night when I get home and folks are asleep. I also dont like it comes with just one fob. Be better to have a backup in case the first one fails or gets lost.

Great auto start system. Range and reliability are nice.

Works well. Start up right away. I thought there was an app to this but installer said no. Everything was disconnected during installation and im still trying to get it back to original setup. This was very disappointing.

I bought the remote start and decided to add the security system as well. This viper product works using the remote for up to two miles but I love that you can use your phone that has an app which you can unlock,lock, start vehicle and check vehicle status and location all from your phone no distance limit. Viper makes great products and has for over 40yrs. I recommend this unit.

The remote starter works great . Has been nice this winter . My only issue was installation took a lot longer than it should have . Got there 10 am got thru at 430. Really no waiting room an I had to sit in chair outside the bay. Made for a long day. Then the tech guy wouldnt hhook the app to it said it never works. Well i hooked it up myself works fine.

Viper is a trusted name is car security and this comes with installation at BB included in price. Got as gift during Black Friday Special for $50 (must be total tech member). Will prob upgrade to better remote with improved display as remote is basic that comes with starter.

It's a good remote starter. The features on this unit are basic, but, for my needs it's fine. At this price point, with installation included in the price, it's good.

greatly like this for starting the truck in the winter. Greatly appreciate the BestBuy technician for setting it up with a 30-minute warm-up for the diesel. Only complaint is the app is not intuitive to set-up, even to the BestBuy technician.

I am so Happy I decided to by this for my 2009 Acura Integra. Geek Squad was knowledgable and did a great job on the install. Oh I forgot to mention the install was free because I am a Total Tech member with Best Buy. I Also bought this one for 49.00 on Black Friday. No that's a deal!
