Decent remote start for the money. Unfortunately, can’t start from phone with app unless you do $200 upgrade. So you have to be relatively close to start.

This remote start device was installed professionally and accurately by the service department at the E. Washington St. location they are great as far as the device the only complaint I have is the keypad is very touchy and sometimes will start your car without you knowing it

I love it,,,, it’s amazing,,,, I should’ve get this item a while ago. NO more freezing on the cold weather while I am starting my car,,, !!

Had this installed in my 2016 WRX and its great. Only issue is it that I cannot unlock the car with the factory key fob after it's been remote started but it's a known issue with the ds4 in the WRX and should be fixed soon with a firmware update. The Viper fob works fine, no issues. Default time seems to be 12 minutes, will probably try to increase it a little.

The package was a reasonable deal for a quality product. The service from the employee who performed the installation was great. Overall, I'm satisfied right now, although it's only been about a week since the installation.

Great product for the winter months. I warm up my vehicle from the comfort of my home. Has remote fob or your vehicle key fob can be programmed to do the work.

Within a year of having this installed it stopped working. My car will turn on for a short moment and then will turn off immediately after. For the first few months of having it, it worked pretty much flawlessly, but now that winter months are approaching and warming up the car would be preferred in the really cold mornings it is really inconvenient that I have to set up an appointment with Geeksquad to figure out the issue.

Love this! It integrated perfectly with my truck's remote unlock capabilities and even replaced my old remotes!

Great for summer or winter, I remote start 5-7 minutes before I get in my car.

Installation was simple and the technician was pleasant and very helpful. Works with both our key fob and the fob they provided. Hooked up to our iPhones as well. Overall pretty pleased with the performance and ease of use so far. Would recommend.

This system has worked really well for us. Easy to use and compact remote. Plus having the app is a huge plus and gets used the most when starting. No negatives at all I would recommend this to anyone

Overall, the remote starter function has been a great addition to our vehicle. I found it a little difficult to set up the app but the geek squad was very helpful in working with me to get my phone set up. Once you have one device set up, the pairing process is easy.

I was excited about having a remote starter for my 2007 Ford F-150 King Ranch Truck and spent sometime deciding which one to get. I heard great things about the viper remote starter. I'm not sure what the issue is but sometimes when I start the truck up it turns off and restarts several times which I'm sure it should not do. When using the app I can select start and it says can't connect to the vehicle so naturally it should not start the vehicle, however it does start. The installer left a wire hanging from under the steering wheel as well. I traveled a long distance to have it installed due to long appointment wait times at a store closest to me, but I don't want to go back to that same location. I'm sure the system works well but I'm not confident in the installation and I now I'm leery of taking it back or bringing it to another location so they can fix what the other guy don't do correct. I disappointed because I have to take more time off in order for someone else to fix what should have been done right the first time.

Best investment ever. No more scraping windshields. And the pit stop feature is cool.

Great starter for the money….I put it in my Ford fusion and it works every time.

this works well and I love that it keeps your doors locked until you press the button again! the only trouble i’ve been having recently is I bought a new phone and it won’t connect for some reason (because you can unlock it, pop the trunk etc. from your phone if it’s connected)
