Got this remote starter for the winter and for days where its super hot. Its been a time saver for me in the morning.

Great item to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer without even going outside to start your car. LOVE IT!

Installation was simple and the technician was pleasant and very helpful. Works with both our key fob and the fob they provided. Hooked up to our iPhones as well. Overall pretty pleased with the performance and ease of use so far. Would recommend.

The package was a reasonable deal for a quality product. The service from the employee who performed the installation was great. Overall, I'm satisfied right now, although it's only been about a week since the installation.

Within a year of having this installed it stopped working. My car will turn on for a short moment and then will turn off immediately after. For the first few months of having it, it worked pretty much flawlessly, but now that winter months are approaching and warming up the car would be preferred in the really cold mornings it is really inconvenient that I have to set up an appointment with Geeksquad to figure out the issue.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas. It’s a car starter that works as intended. The installation started on time and was performed in the time I was told it would. The Best Buy installer was excellent.

The remote starter works great . Has been nice this winter . My only issue was installation took a lot longer than it should have . Got there 10 am got thru at 430. Really no waiting room an I had to sit in chair outside the bay. Made for a long day. Then the tech guy wouldnt hhook the app to it said it never works. Well i hooked it up myself works fine.

This is very easy to use and works through the walls of my apartment on the 2nd floor to the parking lot. The only note I would make is to check installation times when you purchase it. It will likely be several weeks out.

I've never had remote start on a vehicle before, got this on sale, WITH installation for $199.00! Great range, I can start it from my apartment or from my desk at work without even being in view and it starts every time. Joe at Best Buy went over everything with me after the installation, and it's super easy to use. I'll never own another car without remote start!!

Works great so far with my Toyota Camry. I can start the car from the remote that came with the starter or with from the remote on my keys that came with the car. One mistarted once so far.

I was excited about having a remote starter for my 2007 Ford F-150 King Ranch Truck and spent sometime deciding which one to get. I heard great things about the viper remote starter. I'm not sure what the issue is but sometimes when I start the truck up it turns off and restarts several times which I'm sure it should not do. When using the app I can select start and it says can't connect to the vehicle so naturally it should not start the vehicle, however it does start. The installer left a wire hanging from under the steering wheel as well. I traveled a long distance to have it installed due to long appointment wait times at a store closest to me, but I don't want to go back to that same location. I'm sure the system works well but I'm not confident in the installation and I now I'm leery of taking it back or bringing it to another location so they can fix what the other guy don't do correct. I disappointed because I have to take more time off in order for someone else to fix what should have been done right the first time.

Decent remote start for the money. Unfortunately, can’t start from phone with app unless you do $200 upgrade. So you have to be relatively close to start.

this works well and I love that it keeps your doors locked until you press the button again! the only trouble i’ve been having recently is I bought a new phone and it won’t connect for some reason (because you can unlock it, pop the trunk etc. from your phone if it’s connected)

My son loves this gift. No more locking his keys in his truck and calling Mom to the rescue. He also loves that his truck is all warmed up when he gets inside.
