Keyless entry and remote start work great. After we went back the 2nd time to redo some of the wiring. I am thinking about installing a remote start to 1 of my other cars.

Overall, the unit functions as it is expected; however, it has some issues. It was initially triggering the alarm when it remote started. I took it back and the installer changed a setting and alleviated the issue. Now, I am getting an AWD error and when I press the brake after starting remotely, the car shuts off. Now that the holidays are over and the installation bays are empty, I will take it back to see if my issues are a simple setting change...

This product is good especially in the winter season. I have to warm up my car before getting into it.

My daughter works up in Maine and her Honda did not have remote start so she ask if we would get it for her for a early xmas gift. Boy! Is she glad she got it. It starts up fairly far away and the doors stay locked until she gets closer. Best Buy installed it with no problems.

item is part of a kit to install remote starter in my car. Item arrived when it was supposed to. next step is to bring my car to Best Buy and have it installed. Can't wait!

4th viper remote start I have owned and it works everytime. I mainly use the phone feature to unlock and lock truck , it comes in handy if you lock your keys in your truck but as for a phone capable remote starter you have to be right at vehicle for it to work.

I bought this for my daughters car for Christmas. It works well, easy to use and Best Buy installed it for free! The installation guys were great as well and took time to show my daughter how to use it because she’d never had one before. Definitely recommend!

Good product even work without remote so you don’t have to worry about it if you loose remote

The 1 mile range is as advertised and the 2-way system accurately tells you that your car has been either started or turned off. The push to start cars have a nice safety feature that turns off the engine when the doors are opened after remote start to prevent theft.

Its simple. No quirks. Just does what it needs to do, its not much of a walk to my car from my house but it's worth it to not have to walk outside at all.

Bought the car starter for the Chevy truck. Best Buy installed it. Does what it is supposed to do - as described ... except doesn't unlock the truck door.

So far.... I'm pretty impressed. Since the weather is nice I forget I have it but will know once it gets cold I will absolutely love it!
