I had gotten a suggestion for this unit from a friend that has one just like it, he says it has been flawless since he’s had it. I can totally agree with him as the unit has been very reliable, not to mention with it being on sale at the time it was well worth the buy

Works great every time I use it. Starts my car right up and the guy who installed it was a pro. He left my car clean and everything worked perfectly. I had this same remote starter on an older car for almost 10 years and it never gave me any issues. So I'm expecting this one to be the same. I'd definitely recommend it and buy it again in the future.

I am very happy with my purchase this is the second remote start I have purchased from Best Buy and was very happy with the first so when I bought a new car Best Buy was the only place I wanted to install it

This car remote works well but if I were to do it over again I would purchase the remote with confirmation of starting.

I got this remote start on sale my total tech support and it was a great experience with the geek squad install. Now I'm ready for the winter.

Outside of a snafu (didn't enter my installment on schedule when purchased items and had to wait even longer when the day was due and they discovered they left me off the list..........) worst part, I was near the top of the list!............. otherwise everything was great as always. If Seth ever leaves the installment department, so shall I end purchases requiring installations. That's a fact!!!!!!! I've purchased more than one of these items and they are great (at least for my usage).

Absolutely LOVE! Had to buy extras, but I was expecting that. Getting into a warm car during a Cache Valley Winter OR Summer = Priceless! Expensive? Yes! Worth it? Yes!

Got this product with installation for a reasonable price. It's a gift for someone else so can't say much about performance, but I've never been disappointed with viper products.

This was installed in a 2007 Honda Odyssey and it is working flawlessly! I highly recommend getting the 2-way key fob ($79) because with it, you will know your car has started if you can't see it. If you get up early in the morning to go to work, you must have this!

I'm supposed to be able to connect via Bluetooth to car, but it errors out every time. The included remote works fine, but Bluetooth declines every time.

This is the second Viper car starter I have bought. Both were gifts for family members. My sister loves hers and says it works extremely well. The range is good and she's never had a problem using it.

Great aftermarket remote starter. Have not had any issues since installation.

Product has not been installed yet. But previous purchases of same item to apply to different cars has always worked well. Look forward to working with Pat for the install.
