Wanted to get a remote starter for my truck and they had a great deal of the day. Can start my car with my key fob, separate starter fob or my phone. Great for these cold northern PA winters. I Installation is included

Product has not been installed yet. But previous purchases of same item to apply to different cars has always worked well. Look forward to working with Pat for the install.

The quality of customer support at Best Buy just downright awful. I purchased this as a Christmas gift, tried to schedule the install, was told that the store no longer has an install tech. I was then told I have to schedule an install with another store 45 miles away. Best Buy ordered the harness and scheduled the install which would be 2 months out. On the day of the install I was contacted and told the wrong harness was ordered, they would have to order the correct harness, and they cancelled the install. Was told it would be another 2 months. The unit itself might be good, don’t know, but I’m tired of wasting 4 months to find out. Do better Best Buy.

Outside of a snafu (didn't enter my installment on schedule when purchased items and had to wait even longer when the day was due and they discovered they left me off the list..........) worst part, I was near the top of the list!............. otherwise everything was great as always. If Seth ever leaves the installment department, so shall I end purchases requiring installations. That's a fact!!!!!!! I've purchased more than one of these items and they are great (at least for my usage).

Great product! Works as advertised! I would recommend it to anyone that needs a car starter. But go with the two-way remote so you can tell when your vehicle is running. It's an extra seventy-five bucks but it's worth it

Works great every time I use it. Starts my car right up and the guy who installed it was a pro. He left my car clean and everything worked perfectly. I had this same remote starter on an older car for almost 10 years and it never gave me any issues. So I'm expecting this one to be the same. I'd definitely recommend it and buy it again in the future.

With this remote starter we are able to start car from up to a mile away or from deep within a building allowing for a very comfortable car either in the warmth or cold.

Bought this for my girlfriends 2010 Honda CRV. Havent had it installed yet. Looking forward to see how this works. Especially starting the car from an app on your phone.

pros. Very convenient, starts multiple different ways. Cons. Key fob made cheap, not enough range, and app keep glitching.

I had a viper system for 10 years that bb kept putting in my new car,in all it was in 3 cars . Near the end it got intermittent so it was time to upgrade, the new viper installed derectly to the factory harness and is very easy to program the key fob

Thank goodness for remote start during the winter time in the mountains! Works amazing - range is great! Had it installed at Best Buy and they took no time to do it and the quality was excellent!

The product is good have bought before. Customer service so far has been not so good. Will wait and see how installation goes.

Best Christmas gift ever! Been a year since installing. Remote start in cold winters is a gift that keeps on giving EVERY winter!

Don't like the fact that the car shuts off when the door is open by the person carrying the key fob.
