I purchased two of these for my daughters. They are pricey, but the installation was included in the price. So far my daughters love starting their cars before they leave for school, and having a warm car ready when they leave

This was a to myself gift and the price on sale was perfect.The installation was done to perfection.The gentleman working on the car Adam Ward explained everything to me & made sure my app was working on my phone.

Very good system but the app won’t connect to start my car. Could be an issue connecting to the phone provider but it’s a great system.

I bought this for my granddaughter so I know that she is getting into a warm car ready to go after working nights. No need for her to wait for it to warm up she can get in and go.

So the service department was great. The sales person on the floor sucked that’s why I ended up buying it online. I’ll never buy another thing in store due to the sales person. The service department was perfect. Was on time quick and easy. The guy was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. And left me feeling safe and how to use the car starter.

Product works just as described! Staff installing product was quick and was able to answer all questions.

I have this system in 2 cars. It works great and allows me to warm the car without leaving the keys in the car.

Remote start is not as good as the one i purchased a few year ago of the same brand. Does not reach as far and the app i was told would crnk car from anywhere, but found out after it was installed that it was only good for about 30 yards away. IF i had of know that prior i would have bought a different one. Installer was very good and took time to show me how it worked even tho i had already had one of same brand on another vehicle.

I've had better system with Prestige remote start/ security systems. I decided to go with the better brand and regret it. Some times ls the remote start shuts down and restart multiple times and the 1-way remote has a short range. The 2-way remote is not an option anymore because Viper took them off the shelf and don't have a release date for the newer version.

Viper is a well known, trusted name thats been around for a while. As I already had a remote start on my truck, i bought this for my girlfriend's car and she couldnt be happier. Works well and warms the car!

Fiancé loves this. Had always talked about how cold her car was during the fall and winter. Installed at Christmas and has been a game changer since then. Still works great

No regret! Very easy to use remote when I was like 1000 feet away. That how I knew it worked with remote flasher on it. If far more than 1k, won’t work with flasher on.

Works great, works with the cars key fob. Wife loves it

Based on reviews I had read I bought the after market remote which locks & unlocks the vehicle and is a 2-way remote so u know that your car has started and that it is locked or unlocked.

Great product. Sure beats going out in the cold!!!

This product works very well. Make sure you purchase the two way remote like I did. To start for longer distance.
