Remote start is not as good as the one i purchased a few year ago of the same brand. Does not reach as far and the app i was told would crnk car from anywhere, but found out after it was installed that it was only good for about 30 yards away. IF i had of know that prior i would have bought a different one. Installer was very good and took time to show me how it worked even tho i had already had one of same brand on another vehicle.

works better then expected, will upgrade thw remote in the near future.

My husband is hard to buy for and he has an older truck he loves to drive. He has really enjoyed being able to warm up the truck before he goes to work and on his way home. Works great!

This system in a new car is about 3-4 thousand on the sticker price. Bought this on sale at Best Buy. Installation was free because I have total tech support. Still working great.

Item works as doscribed. You do literwly have to be sesndong next ti the car for the Bluetooth app to work.

Product works just as described! Staff installing product was quick and was able to answer all questions.

So the service department was great. The sales person on the floor sucked that’s why I ended up buying it online. I’ll never buy another thing in store due to the sales person. The service department was perfect. Was on time quick and easy. The guy was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. And left me feeling safe and how to use the car starter.

Works as it should the install team made for a seamless experience

I use the older model d5000 at work and was really impressed with the ease of use and quality of pictures. The d3400 is a much better camera.

Does not work as described Got the remote start installed all Was fine but realized shortly after that upon opening the door the car shuts off reached out to Toyota and they stated that a bypass was needed and since it was aftermarket that shouldn’t be a problem for the installer to be corrected I contacted Best Buy and informed them they stated they needed to reprogram for proper feature last to be working. I reached out and brought the car two different times and on the second trip I was informed that there is not an option to fix this. If I would have known this I would not have purchased unhappy I spent 300+ dollars just for a remote start until a door is open

Installation was quick. Like the ability to remote start with my cell phone. Not sure how often it will be used, but good to know that we xan

It works great! I live that they program your vehicle remote to. And there is an app. I haven't downloaded the app yet so i don't know about it but the thee remote start words great!

Got it for my husband for Christmas, it is a Godsend especially with this very cold weather lately!! He is older now and he appreciates getting into a warm car!!!!

Remote start for the wife. We both love it and just in time for winter.
