Works Everytime fast professional installation with Best Buy....love it

Works everyday, long range and dependable unit, Great install at Best Buy in Madison Hgts, MI.

Installation was done expertly, works as advertised. I love being able to start my car and warm it up in the winter, cool it in the summer, and never have to worry "did I lock my car?". Would highly recommend.

Works well with lcd remote starter. Not easy to hook up to phone

Device installed on March 26th and less than 2 months later (May 11th) started having issues with my car. Car would not start so I called my insurance thinking it was my car battery, they confirmed it was not the battery but the starter that needed to be replaced which I did the following day. Less than a week later (May 18th) as I was driving on the beltway on a Saturday afternoon w/my 2 sons, all the lights turned on right before my car turned off on the highway. I was fortunate enough to be able to get to the shoulder quickly as I was on the far right lane, had I been on the far left lane it would've caused a major accident possibly killing my kids and I. After paying to have my car towed and sent back to the shop, for a 2nd time, they determined that this was an electrical issue caused by the VIPER installed and recommend that it be removed. It was a hassle to get Best Buy Store manager to agree to remove the device even after informing them of the negative reviews on the Best Buy store site pertaining to this device and what I had already been through. The manager did not want to hear about the reviews and suggested that the dealer had sold me a "lemon" instead of taking the time to read the reviews himself. My car was running perfectly fine until they installed the device, I've always kept up with maintenance plus had just passed inspection less than 2 weeks ago so it was obvious the issue was the device and not my car. In total I spent $1600 to fix my car and I've been trying to get a hold of a live person at Corporate HQ but all you get is sent to an overseas call center where you get bounced around. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!!!

Great product and it's nice to have for my car! Don't forget to buy the extra cords and stuff for your specific type of car though. And I am glad that Best Buy offers the free service of installing the device.

Bought this remote start for my daughter and she wouldn't live without it. Starts from the hospital to the parking garage with ease. Installation at Best Buy was very professional. Would recommend.

Being able to start the car remotely is very handy in bad weather. it has breathed new life into an old vehicle.

This is a great remote starter. With the two way remote it’s got great range and battery life. The Bluetooth smartphone control has surprisingly good range. I’d say around 150 feet through a wall.

Unit works great but I couldn't believe they sold me a brand new unit with an almost dead battery, and then charged me to put a new one in it two weeks later.

Unit works good but the store that sells these needs to disclose you have to have an authorized dealer install the unit.

Everything is working fine, no issues whatsoever. Easy to use, from the app and from the Apple Watch!! I rarely use the actual restart viper button.

Product is great. The trick is getting it installed, I had an appointment on Sept 20th, then moved to the 26th then pushed to Oct 10th.
