The item itself is good, however the installation process was very poor. We had to go back because the wires were left too long and the glove compartment could not close once it was open. I was having trouble with the automatic starter and had to go to another Best Buy for them to correct the first installation and made it finally work properly. It should have been done right the first time.

Very satisfied with this product. Its great that I have 3 different ways to start my vehicle, phone, the remote supplied and my vehicles remote. Installation by Best Buy was also great.

Bought for a 2018 Chevy Silverado were many options. The Seller and installer were both were very knowledgeable and great. Would purchase again for my next vehicle.

I purchased this on black Friday. It took over a month to get my car In to be installed but it was well worth the wait. The system worked just as expected.

The remote starter works as expected, but the remote that replaces my car remote does not have a lock/unlock button. I now have to lock the truck myself and it will only unlock if I use the remote starter feature, which has a 30 second delay because I have a diesel. SO I am left standing outside my vehicle until it unlocks. I would probably recommend another brand with a better remote.

I bought this for my girlfriend for a Christmas present. She loves it. Says it works every time. And the free installation was great also !!

2012 Dodge Ram Truck remote starter was installed with my new Kenwood stereo. Now I have remote start and a bada$$ radio!!

after reviewing for a while several different options and models I choose this one, couldn't be happier. Also I LOVED the geek squad install, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.

Love my Remote car starter. The only disadvantage is that the car shuts off when I unlock the doors to enter.

Easy to start, I can start it with an appl on my smartphone, my original car remotes and the remote that comes with it. The gentlemen that installed my system did an excellent job.

Best remote starter out there today! Hands down. The installer even program my oem remote to work as well for the remote starter.

I chose this remote over others in the same price range because it could be used with my phone with the free app and no additional service fee, so in addition to starting my car remotely I could unlock it if i accidentally locked my keys in it. It works fantastically and is perfect for my needs. My only criticism is that the range for the phone app is only 150 ft without the expensive upgrade. But for my needs that isn't an issue.

I love it. Always works, geek squad installed it within the day and I even. Ought another for my son and daughter in laws car. They love it too !

This remote starter does exactly what it says it will. I start my car in the morning when I’m getting dressed for work, and when I go outside it’s nice and toasty warm. It’s great!

The only issue I have with this product is the inability to install firmware updates as a consumer. The instructions state to visit directedtech.com and download the updates. However, in order to do so you need to be an authorized Directed Dealer (i.e. Geek Squad, Car dealership, etc.) Make it more consumer-friendly. Sure a lot of us may not know how to install it, but some of us do.
