I'm so in love with this! If the add on part to use my phone wasn't so much I would've bought it in a heart beat! Hasn't failed me one time!

Viper had produced a quality product. I had issues with a previous system, but after acquiring a Viper, everything has been great!

Works good when I remember how it works. The key remote should have more info on it, like start ,stop like most key fobs .like the auto turn off after 12-15 minutes after remote start feature. Didn't come with remote qr scan code for remote start when fob is out of reach.

Works like a charm only thing I'm worrled that the small key fob wont last long

Nice product. Easy installation by Geek Squad. Great for starting the car on cold mornings, with a heated interior.

Just got it installed today and I’m impressed by the ease of use. The Technician went over how to use it and made sure I understood what to do.

So far so good. I put this in my Son's car. He loves it, especially on the very cold mornings. I also recommend adding the 2 way fob so you can tell that the car is running.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my sister. She didn't have one on her current car.She absolutely loves it. Best Buy did a great job of installing it.

Love how far away you can be for it to start!! Don’t like the fact it unlocks the car for a second when it starts

My whole family has remote ignitions, but mine was top class, more affordable and also had a security system, they are all jealous!

I purchased this for a christmas present for a family member and had it installed about a week ago. So far everything is working great. Works flawlessly with the factory keyless entry.

Three ways you can open car with remote. 1 key fob. Or 2 fob that comes with remote that works up to 1/2 mile. Or your phone app. Oh and your key that’s four ways to open your car.

The only issue I have with this product is the inability to install firmware updates as a consumer. The instructions state to visit directedtech.com and download the updates. However, in order to do so you need to be an authorized Directed Dealer (i.e. Geek Squad, Car dealership, etc.) Make it more consumer-friendly. Sure a lot of us may not know how to install it, but some of us do.

I looked around and for theprice this was the best remote start available! I found some cheaper but didn’t have the smartphone features!

Really good, bought for my wife so she doesn't have to get into a cold car and she loves it. All I can say!

Great product, price too high. No issues so far since I had my system installed.

The remote start works good, just doesn't work with distance or any obstructions in the direct path of the vehicle. I recommend the compustar. I went with this one due to my vehicle, viper was the only maker that had a harness for my car. But spend the extra money and get compustar

remote start installed by the pro team at best buy. service done professionally and starter works. have not used all the tech features so probably has more value then I am using
