Vehicle started

It worked immediately after purchase, tried to get the phone app to work, then the original remote wouldn't work. I brought the vehicle back to Best Buy and the techs got it to work again. I sold the vehicle, so don't know how its held up.

The OM info doesn't match how it actually functions, so you either have to remember what you're told or play with it to figure it out. The BT phone functionality is mostly useless (will start car, but says it didn't; door lock/unlock does work, but nothing else does... didn't pay extra for trunk/heated seats). I purchased 7857 remote on Amazon and is nice for feedback...has been wrong a couple of times. There were a couple of installation issues with those have been resolved.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think its good overall the only issue I had is getting the blue tooth to connect and once it finally did after an hour of trying following the directions it sometimes works in the app and sometimes not. Oh also doesn't let you unlock with your factory keyfob if the car is running. Or open the trunk from the fob
