Can't unlock truck with key fob

But i can't unlock it with the fob with it running I don't think its the viper remote starter but the installer did not installed it correctly

At first he was very concerned that the Geek Squad wouldn't be able to put a delay start on his 2014 Chevy Silverado Durmax Diesel 2500. However, the Geek Squad was able to put a delay on the start and the system works incredibly well. My husband wishes he did this when he first purchased the truck!

Works in the afternoon but not in the morning

Got it installed at Best Buy and this first week it hasn’t started in the mornings at all! However, every evening when I’m leaving work, the auto start remote works!! The DS4+ seems to not do mornings. I live an hour away from where I got it installed so I’ve called viper and geek squad to see if they can help me over the phone. So far nothing has worked. Next time I’m at that Best Buy I will have to get them to look at it and hopefully they can get it to actually work on the cold mornings.
