I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. At first he was very concerned that the Geek Squad wouldn't be able to put a delay start on his 2014 Chevy Silverado Durmax Diesel 2500. However, the Geek Squad was able to put a delay on the start and the system works incredibly well. My husband wishes he did this when he first purchased the truck!

The remote start was a good price with good reviews , service was good and on time.

The remote start is great. Bought it for my daughter and she uses it all the time. Can start her car with her phone and she loves it.

Purchased shortly after I bought my truck and took a while to get in to have installed so schedule as soon as you buy. I read other reviews talking about upcharging on install accessories, not the case for me. My install required an extra harness but it was provided with no charge. Install took nearly three hours but works great. I did upgrade to the two way remote as the one this comes with was cheap and had next to no functionality. Overall I am very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a remote start.

Customer Service was exceptional in person! She walked me through 2 different remote start options. Finally chose the best for me, scheduled a date & installed. Technician was great, despite being late due to traffic. Walked me through everything & had me on my way! Best service received in a long time, especially during these times.

Just had it installed. Got it for Xmas but there was a 2 month wait to install so hoping we don’t have a problem but good so far:)

I love love love this. It starts my car from a long way. I can leave the heat on and air on and be cool by the time I get in.

It seems to be a little short at the duration once the car remotely starts. I believe the first time is under 3 mins it shuts off then you restart it and it will stay running over 10 mins after that initial 3 mins. I have another appointment to look at it again to tweek the settings but all in all a great product.
