I figured it out, and replaced it with the right one. When they sold me the right one, they didn’t give me the harness that’s included. So, so I have to delay the install. It’s getting cold out and this isn’t working. I’ll try to update once it’s installed.

Perfect 1-Way Remote Starter

Installation cost was covered and installer was great. Installer also programmed my factory key fob to be able to remote start, as well.

You can use the car starter to allow you to do this. And take the keys and lock the door. Only downfall is I wish it were compatible with the trucks system

It tends to be difficult to push just right to start engine and when the security system is installed with it, it gets a little unclear if it is working unless you are right there to listen for chirps. I was forced to buy the optional two way 5 button remote which works great but more money spent. The smart phone app does work well but you must be within 30 feet of vehicle max for it to work.
