    The remote start works great! But i can't unlock it with the fob with it running I don't think its the viper remote starter but the installer did not installed it correctly

    Product is good but the problems observed are 1. Some times doesn’t work even if we are in the range. 2. Observed that it wouldn’t on from home when doors are closed. We have to open the door to turn the car on. 3. Car gets unlocked by itself while driving the car 4. Once we turn on car gets unlocked for a second or two and gets locked which is not a good sign as someone can easily get into the car during that time.
