Good product, difficult service

I bought online and the ad was unclear (at the time, but since updated) regarding additional costs. I learned this when I went to the store. In retrospect, I will severely limit purchasing from the website in the future and work with the folks in the store as they were up front and helpful.

Not happy with the item

Second issue the signal not that strong my previous car had remote starter I think the brand was vital I installed 10 years ago and cost half price of this and had better signal I used to start my car from basement which I can’t do that with this viper
