love the system. the best part was the customer service and the folks installing the system. they were super friendly and answered a lot of my questions relating the security system as well as other questions i had with cars.

easy of use, works as it should be and the loud alarm works good

I purchase this after my 03 F-250 was broken into. The alarm works perfectly, and for its price, there's really nothing for me to complain about, and if down the line I want more features like the the more expensive versions, this system is expandable. I also recommend having the techs at Bestbuy install it for you. They made the entire process easy and the gentleman that scheduled my appointment got me in quickly to help ease my anxiety of having my truck broken into again or worse stolen. 10/10

Great for our 2003 Tacoma we just bought for our future 16 yr old. Blue light blinks after you lock the truck so that you (and everyone else) knows that your truck is secure and alarmed. It also chirps when you lock and unlock from the fob to let you know the request was complete. I'm very pleased. Plus Best Buy knocked out the install with ease. Great experience all around!

great product, works well, easy to use. very loud !

Purchased for a base model Toyota Camry that did have electronic door locks, but, being the base model, did not have the OEM alarm system for key fob operation. This purchase did the trick. I'm also happy that you can use the alarm on the key fob in case of emergency which was not a option on this base model vehicle. Free installation was awesome.

Highly recommend. There are alot of car thefts here and someone tried to break into my car after this was installed. Car theft averted.

I really like this alarm system, my only wish is that it also had a trunk release button because for some silly reason my key does not work to open the trunk so I always have to bend down to pull the release inside the car but those are totally first world problems, not a big deal. When it was installed they adjusted the sensitivity of the alarm so the jets taking off at work would not set it off all day. The sound of the alarm is also different from most, most car alarms sound like the horn going off, this one is more of a loud beep so it is very distinguishable.

I got this to add some security to my daughters first car. She said she its easy to operate and that she happy with the system and the fact that she feels secure by having this system.

Great, basic good quality car alarm. I wanted Something that locked and unlocked my toyota Fourunner, remotely, and that would set alarm when locked! Mission accomplished. Would definitely recommend .

My alarm was in need of replacement. I updated my viper and received a good price along with a geek squad installation. I feel they did a great job. I feel I received a good product since my last alarm was a viper also. I purchased, scheduled an installation, and all went smooth. I am satisfied with all aspects of my purchase.

Adding Keyless entry to our teenage daughters jeep for safety and security. The alarm is a bonus! Zach in the car install area is amazing, he knew exactly what was needed, ordered all the add on parts and the install was scheduled and well executed. It’s like a factory accessory!

With the cold season upon us, I just love the ability to start my car remotely. Even though I have a garage, I use the remote when I am out running errands. My opener that came with the car stopped working, so I can now lock the car with the push of a button rather than having to use the key. Love it!

Great alarm. With total tech I was able to get it on sale for less than $100 with free installation. Definitely a steal. It comes with two controls. Depending on your vehicle you might need extra parts, so make sure to ask. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the installation guys struggled to put the alarm, and they couldn’t get my trunk to open with the new remotes. I’m not sure what the problem was but they tried it for some time and couldn’t. Other than that everything went great. Awesome price and great customer service.

The Viper-1 Way Security System with keyless entry is an excellent alarm. It is a very nice way to protect your car because car replacement keys can be purchased from the internet.
