||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.easy to use, however the arm / unarm buttons sometimes do not work, it come with zero instructions, tech geek squad never really explained how it works, I can grab my door handle and violently jerk, I can roll over my car bouncing and the alarm still does not go off, thinking it was a waste

Disappointing product

I had to drive 40 miles and spent 6 hours waiting for my car to be ready. The product irself is also disappointing: not as loud as expected, very confusing to use (and no user manual to explain certain functions 8n detail.)
