    I bought the alarm with the installation included for $235, next day I cancelled the pickup and installation appointment. After that bestbuy refunded only $96 and nobody from support is able to find the rest of the money. This has been going since last year. They just keep telling me to wait or any random answer, but not providing a full refund when I did not get any service or product from bestbuy

    Security alarm install by Best Buy was done within an hour. The technician was friendly and went over the features of my Viper alarm.

    The sales associate was extremely helpful and patient as I had never purchased a remote starter before. The starter is scheduled to be installed in a couple of weeks, so I can not review the product or the installation at this time.

    For the price this is a good BASIC alarm and Best Buy did a fast clean installation. I took one star away because the included "siren" is not as loud as I would like. It also does not sound the vehicle horn. And I believe it turns off after 3 minutes.
