Needed a dependable car alarm with the same type of dependable warranty.

Nothing but trouble for us. Worked for about 6 months-ish. Then the fobs when pressed would do a unlock, lock, unlock, lock thing. Installers couldn't figure it out. Big hassle. Finally just had a mechanic totally disarm it.

This was just what I need in my area, something to make noise if my car is being tampered with.

The installation was very hard to arrange. I had to drive 40 miles and spent 6 hours waiting for my car to be ready. The product irself is also disappointing: not as loud as expected, very confusing to use (and no user manual to explain certain functions 8n detail.)

Best Buy instilled a car alarm in my car. And hooked it up backwards. Did realize it till two days later because it’s a classic car . It sit in my garage so no need to arm and disarm. Called Best Buy to look at it wouldn’t be able to till Dec 28. I live 1 hour 10 minutes away so that’s 2 hours 20 minutes around trip plus waiting. Just to check out car. Called store to talk to manager not available go figure. Called twice. Never called back. Bottom line is I will never buy from Best Buy again. Bet they will never respond.

I had no alarm in my mustang and no key fob to unlock the doors, so I went with this. Works well and looks clean, sounds decently loud, but quieter then most alarms..

Got a great deal and had excellent service from Geek Squad for installation.

I bought a viper 3105v and it said it was a alarm and a remote start they install it and it take two days and this is not a remote start and to top it off my lights don't flash they didn't know how to hook it up stay away from best buy

it was required to install auto start on my vehicle..

Had to exchange device for wrong make and model. Otherwise perfect.

Was it intended for my car but they installed it anyway and it did not work. So they had to splice in the wires and stuff like that which they shouldn’t have they should’ve sold me the right system and just said hey the system doesn’t work instead of just installed it anyway
