The Guys Were Very Excellent , Great Customer Service And Very Fast , Explained Everything Very Well I Love My Automatic Starter Best Thing Ever

ONly issue I had was with installation. I would have been capable to install this item myslef given my pas experience. I do not have access to the wiring diagrams that the installers have. I ordered a motion sensor on ebay, since it was only $24, versus Best Buy's 60 plus $40-50 to install it. My biggest complaint was after seeing the install work, I was disappointed with the install this time. With past cars, previous installers at BB taped all the wires to the system, as they should be. This installer left the wires untaped and routed along metal frame edges, epxosing the wires to chaffing. I spent about 4 hours taping all of the work behind the installer when I added the motion sensor. Other than that, it works fine.

Great purchase for us. We have had absolutely no issues with this Viper Remote Starter. It does exactly what it should. The Best Buy tech did a great job with the installation. He made sure everything was tidy. You barely notice the receiver in the top left corner of the driver side window.

Sweet alarm for the price, alarm installed by johnny was actually pretty quick, it helps protect my new Honda, the wheels are being stolen every where, i now sleep at nite.

I had an after market alarm installed at the dealer when I purchased my truck. I had so many issues with it going off randomly, flashing my lights etc. This alarm installed by Geek Squad has been a dream. I don't know why I waited so long to switch. The key fob is sleek and works spot on. Highly recommend!

Works great. Should have gone ahead and headed so that my car would cause it started from the Key Ring.

It took a little over a month to get this alarm synced with my door locks because the best buy I ordered it from didn't tell me I need a door lock module. Now that the extra module is installed the door locks are synced to the alarm and everything is working as it should. This alarm gives me peace of mind and was worth it to invest in. I have an 04 Silverado.

Put this security system on my 1998 Tacoma SR5 and it works perfectly. Key fobs are simple to operate and adds a layer of security while out and about.

I lost my key fobs for my FJ Cruiser and didn't feel like booking an appointment with the Toyota dealership. Luckily, my local Best Buy had these units available. The installation was painless and free thanks to my Total tech membership.

They do a very good job with installing this alarm and we have this particular alarm on all our cars and it works.
