Great purchase for us. We have had absolutely no issues with this Viper Remote Starter. It does exactly what it should. The Best Buy tech did a great job with the installation. He made sure everything was tidy. You barely notice the receiver in the top left corner of the driver side window.

ONly issue I had was with installation. I would have been capable to install this item myslef given my pas experience. I do not have access to the wiring diagrams that the installers have. I ordered a motion sensor on ebay, since it was only $24, versus Best Buy's 60 plus $40-50 to install it. My biggest complaint was after seeing the install work, I was disappointed with the install this time. With past cars, previous installers at BB taped all the wires to the system, as they should be. This installer left the wires untaped and routed along metal frame edges, epxosing the wires to chaffing. I spent about 4 hours taping all of the work behind the installer when I added the motion sensor. Other than that, it works fine.

Sweet alarm for the price, alarm installed by johnny was actually pretty quick, it helps protect my new Honda, the wheels are being stolen every where, i now sleep at nite.

It does what it’s supposed to , under 100$ and free installation can’t complain.

It most definitely Stands up to the quality of its purpose and added security. although the car has been passed on to someone else. They appreciate and enjoy peace of mind day and night knowing that the transportation they depend on is safe and secure with having the Viper System with the keyless entry. Thank You Best Buy. The viper alarm has always been my go to for truck security and remote access, they last for years. this is my fourth unit

Purchased this for the security and also keyless entry. Car did not have keyless so it was hassle everytime getting in and out. Now its great. Outstanding product. Would recommend!!

I lost my key fobs for my FJ Cruiser and didn't feel like booking an appointment with the Toyota dealership. Luckily, my local Best Buy had these units available. The installation was painless and free thanks to my Total tech membership.

I had an after market alarm installed at the dealer when I purchased my truck. I had so many issues with it going off randomly, flashing my lights etc. This alarm installed by Geek Squad has been a dream. I don't know why I waited so long to switch. The key fob is sleek and works spot on. Highly recommend!

I purchased this alarm from Best Buy and paid for installation from their installers. Upon scheduling my installation appointment the installer said he couldn't install it so I had to return it to the store. I found another installer who owns an auto repair shop. He was able to install my car alarm and just so happened to buy this same alarm for me. This is a very good alarm and reasonably priced. Easy to use and a brand I have always trusted.

I purchased this Viper 3105V for my daughter's 03 Civic mainly for its keyless entry feature, as the manually unlocking the driver's door does not work properly causing her to have to use the passenger side to get in the car.is solid. The only complaint we have is that the alarm noise is too low to attract attention in case of theft or in a panic situation.
