Easy to use, works well on my 04 Toyota SUV when the original key fob broke

I purchased this alarm from Best Buy and paid for installation from their installers. Upon scheduling my installation appointment the installer said he couldn't install it so I had to return it to the store. I found another installer who owns an auto repair shop. He was able to install my car alarm and just so happened to buy this same alarm for me. This is a very good alarm and reasonably priced. Easy to use and a brand I have always trusted.

I went searching for a replacement alarm system for our 2002 Jeep Liberty. I was directed to this product by a Best Buy Employee. The product was on sale for $198.00 (original price was almost $500.00). This price also included installation and a lifetime guarantee. The product works fine, the doors unlock smoothly and the alarm sound is not too annoying. Great job by the install staff at Best Buy.

Just bought a Toyota Highlander and it did not come with a remote door lock fob so I decided to buy a new alarm to get the locking fob. It was a win win for me as I got the new fob and a great alarm. Now I feel better about leaving my ride in a parking lot. The alarm works great and the staff at the Vacaville Best Buy did a great job. Mike was very helpful and did a perfect installation and it only took a few hours and I was on my way with a nice alarm for my Highlander. Thanks MIke!

I also got this installed with Best Buy, and I had a great experience with that. I have had it for about a month now and it works perfectly. I'm not a huge fan of the sound of the lock and unlock, but you get used to it. Otherwise, it does its purpose.

Ease to use. Love that it actually works with the factory remote. Good buy.

Got a free installation from GeekSquad as well. Really great product and the GeekSquad team did a great and clean job on the cable management. Comes with 2 remote, alarm, and make sure you get the ball sensor as that is required for this product

Great vehicle protection at a reasonable price.this is my second Viper alarm installed by Best Buy in Oklahoma City,Oklahoma and Saint Pete, Florida for my Infiniti QX4 and my Chevrolet van.in the future, I'll also purchase another Viper alarm for my next vehicle.

I purchased this for my dad who owns a Toyota Tacoma with power locks but no factory unlock Fob. The passenger door only opened from the drivers side. So with this Viper package, he can now open the passenger side to load groceries easier. Highly recommend this product!

Works great. Should have gone ahead and headed so that my car would cause it started from the Key Ring.

They do a very good job with installing this alarm and we have this particular alarm on all our cars and it works.

I purchased this item to replace my 20 year old Viper alarm once the remote literally fell apart in my hands. Since the brand was reliable with outstanding product lasting power I went with the same brand for my replacement. My new version came with two key fobs and more can be purchased and programmed in store. As a total tech member the unit was an excellent price too. Pros - the key fobs are more streamlined than the old ones and fit in my pocket more comfortably. Features such as the valet option and the silent disarm are much easier to remember and use. Cons - the alarm doesn't auto-lock after 30 seconds like my old one. The chirp is smaller and a bit more difficult to hear, also a little wimpy for my V-8, but more importantly, chirping it to re-locate it in the parking lot doesn't work as well because the volume is just not as loud.

I only give it 4 starts because there are some functions that won't work in my 2015 BMW 428i. Not sure if it's a BMW or Viper thing, but I needed an alarm and the sale was great. I can't remote start the car or unlock the doors, but the alarm is great. I have to remember to cut it on or off when entering or exiting the car.

Great car alarm system. If you're thinking about purchasing the alarm be sure to get the lifetime warranty.

I bought this for my NISSAN versa 2019 but this product doesn't fit in it. In website it shows it fits in NISSAN versa but I got to know from technician that it won't work because my car has manual doors. I gave 5 stars because they gave full refund and was treated well. Though I had to spend lot of time due to this mistake.
