The Viper alarm is very effective, efficient and provides me peace of mind as I leave my new car each day to go to work, sleep, etc. The price is right: 80% less than the dealer wanted to charge for virtually the same system.

As a manager of a company, the company is only as good as the employees. Xavier G in the tech garage was beyond helpful and has a great customer service report with customers. I had 2 car alarms installed and he was thorough with explaining how the product works. So excited I purchased the tech support plan from Best buy.

This replaced a similar system that stopped working. It seems to do what was needed: provide audible alarm if the car is tampered with.

Awesome alarm. If you bump are Vehicle the alarm will trigger. Great purchase. Awesome insulation team they were able to install this with a sub and I amp in 4 hours.

This is a great basic alarm system and it also adds auto door locks to your older car. Installed on 98 Camry and now I have 2 key FOB's for auto locks. Awesome.

Good basic alarm the siren is loud and the blue alarm light is very noticeable. The key fobs pictured on the Best buy site, are different than those included with the alarm. Installation at Jantzen Beach was done well.

Point and shoot device that’s very easy to use this item is what’s is used for theft deterrent I would definitely recommend.

I like how the blue button on the remote shows when the signal is sent. The range on the remote isn’t great, but it’s ok. The alarm is great. I’ve had several windows smashed and I feel a lot better with an alarm sensitive enough to go off if someone bumps it.

I don't know how I ever did with out it. So easy to use, if you have an older vehicle its much cheaper than buyin a new car for this convenience.

The sole purpose for my viper is to keep people away from my truck and with the sound and blue windsheild light people are aware right away to keep moving along
