I had no problem getting a short time frame to install the alarm at Best Buy. The manager was more than helpful and over saw the installation. The only thing I was surprised at was that there is no display in the store of any alarm products. I had to get someone to ask. I have had no problems with the alarm and the price was great compared to other stores.

Product was as described. Very easy to install and the horn is amazing. You won't go wrong with this Viper.

Can never go wrong with a Viper Car Alarm System. It is the best out there and surely stops people from trying to get in.

Had this installed for my 2002 Ford F-150, which didn't have any alarm system, and I feel way safer with this guy installed. Especially when I leave it parked outside overnight. Love it

Had an attempted break-in in my 02 Stratus. They didn't get in but destroyed a lock in the process. I bought this Viper right away. It is basic but does the job. And it really screams!! So glad I bought it!

My car was broken into and I was looking for an alarm to help keep the thieves away. I did some research and went into Best Buy. Some of the employees helped me and I finally decided on Viper. I’m glad that I chose this alarm. It works great and has kept my car from being messed with.

This Viper basic security system is fine but needs improvements. It lacks the features that comes with its close competitor Clifford. Even the sound of its chirps is puny. Breaking glass sound alert is not standard.

Happy with my purchase just what I needed my car is 16yrs old still need to protect it.

I woukd have like to get the alarm with the notification of when someone is breaking into your vehicle. This kind is more in cost. The priblem is getting someone to install it in a timely manner.

I went to best buy to look at the car alarms. I have a 2013 nissan frontier that did not have an alarm or remote door locks. I wanted the remote door locks more than the alarm, but the installed price for the viper system with alarm was good. They installed the system within 2 hours. So far it works great.

It is a very good product. I wish it came with more features but I didn't want to spend more money. If it costs little less, I'd love to have automatic trunk release or vehicle locator device as well.

I gave 5 stars because I have no issues I got what I supposed to And I had this same brand but of course older model on my last car that I drove for like 5-6 year without any problema not even battery replacement

After having an attempted theft of my car radio, I had installed and I have so much more peace of mind that. The keyless entry for me was a great bonus.
