I got it installed at Best Buy Rockville Maryland by Luke and save my life from cold, this is my second remote starter and Best Buy never disappoint the service great highly recommended

My car was broken into and I was looking for an alarm to help keep the thieves away. I did some research and went into Best Buy. Some of the employees helped me and I finally decided on Viper. I’m glad that I chose this alarm. It works great and has kept my car from being messed with.

I woukd have like to get the alarm with the notification of when someone is breaking into your vehicle. This kind is more in cost. The priblem is getting someone to install it in a timely manner.

Product is working as designed. Installation took an extra hour and would have been nice if a text message would have gone out when the entering the extra time.

Works great. Highly recommend! High quality product. Get total tech support so you can get this alarm system installed under the plan.

The remote works fine but sometimes it doesn't respond for a while if you've just locked or unlocked the door. Also the cord keeps unplugging from the antenna every once in a while. There's also no option to automatically lock the doors when the car starts, which my previous system had.

After having an attempted theft of my car radio, I had installed and I have so much more peace of mind that. The keyless entry for me was a great bonus.

I gave 5 stars because I have no issues I got what I supposed to And I had this same brand but of course older model on my last car that I drove for like 5-6 year without any problema not even battery replacement

Scares people away, which is what I wanted! Just disappointed Ihad to wait so long to get it installed! Roman was great at installation and explaining!

I went to best buy to look at the car alarms. I have a 2013 nissan frontier that did not have an alarm or remote door locks. I wanted the remote door locks more than the alarm, but the installed price for the viper system with alarm was good. They installed the system within 2 hours. So far it works great.

Got this alarm for $100 w/ installation included. Had to go to a different store 2 wks later to get it done but it was well worth the wait.

Works perfect with my old 2001 Toyota Camry. While everyone else is new school (bomp bomping), I'm old school and (buck, bucking)!

I love this system. Works great and after 2 years i haven't had any problems.

Now a days a little piece of mind goes a long ways. Keep in mind this unit is not intended to be used as a remote start. However, it does make for a great security system.

So far so good. Alarm doesn't seem to setoff easily which is great. Door auto locks after car starts and auto unlocks after car stops.

This remote car start is awesome. I broke and lost the buttons for my car and have had to do everything with the key before. This product really makes everything easier and faster and I just absolutely love it. I can't wait to see how much easier life will be in the winter with it.

Great alarm for the price! I needed something for my Dad’s truck because even though it has full coverage, insurance would never pay anything near what I have in it!

So far so good it is working properly put it on our truck becaurse tail gates are getting stolen off of trucks. Our servicce reps at our best buy are great!
