    Item needed for remote start. It does what it's suppose to do. Price was not over the top. I assume it's easy to install for the technician so no complaints.

    I got this before it was a Voxx product (when it was still DEI/Directed). They're overpriced IMO but when you need a relay with a harness in a bind, you can stop by a Best Buy install bay and pick one up without having to wait for shipping. I've also yet to have a Directed relay fail on me after using hundreds over the years.

    Installing Viper Smart Start in my car was a great thing to do. Bought the parts at best buy on sale. Installation was free since I had total tech support. This realy assembly kit was reasonably priced and needed for the installation.

    I always use this product with all my cars ! I’ve had a lot of cars and i always get it installed by geek squad! I’ve never had and issue and they have warranty on the installation!
